that is found in Jesus Christ.

What To Do When You Know You Blew It

I saw you last night

lying across your bed,

crying into your pillow

wetting it softly with your tears.

I know your heartache,

I'm understanding of how you feel.

We all are capable of blowing it big time

in a moment of great opportunity.

One of the hardest thing we have to live with

is that knawing sence of deep regret.

It weighs on our hearts and in our souls.

Although it's difficult to forgive others,

it's even more difficult to forgive ourselves.

A broken and contrite heart,

O God, you will not despise.

Nothing you could do

will make Me love you more

than I already do now.

Last night when I saw you weeping,

How I longed  you would sence My presence.

I desired to comfort you,

to forgive you,

but your failures clouded out My presence.

Tears of regret will never erase the past,

Let go of the past My child, and come to Me.

You may be poor in man's eyes,

but you are valuable to Me.

has been sifted by the hands of a loving Father.

He will only allow it, if it  can be used

for your good and His glory.

The painful memories...

Release them to Me.

Send them into the Heavens,

as you would release

a helium balloon up into the sky.

Give them to Me, one by one.

Your painful past...

the harbored memories.

The deep resentments,

that burrows deep in your soul.

Let them go, precious one.

Send them to Me,

watch them get smaller and smaller,

till they disappear into My hands.

Release them to Me.

...those thoughts when you feel so alone,

like no one understands...

Give them to Me.

...The mess you made out of your life,

that God's grace can't reach you now.

Give them to God.

...Those nights you stretch out on your bed,

and cry yourself to sleep.

Let go of them, My child.

Let go of...

...The feelings of hopelessness,

that you have nothing to offer.

That your life isn't worth while...

Give them to God.

...The times you feel like your'e in a dark alley

without a ray of light to comfort you.

Give them to Me.

...The times you feel you must pay for what you've done,

that God's grace isn't sufficient.

You wear your self out, trying to please Him.

Give them to Me.

Release them tonight.

...The times you could have been a better mother,

a better wife.

You replay them back in your mind a million of times.

Give them to me.

So many people are saturated with remorse and guilt

that keeps clouding your view of Christ.

Release to God  your quiet heartache.

Feel its pain lessen, till it disappears.

Many of you have stolen from someone.

The remorse and guilt torments your soul.

Accept God's gift of forgiveness

that is being offered to you tonight.

Many of you have murdered somebody,

in a heated moment of passion...

or a well thought out plan.

Give to God your regrets.

Your painful mistakes.

Many of you have committed adultry.

In a moment of lonliness,

you gave yourself to another.

God will forgive you tonight, dear soul.

Although we may have to live with

the concequences of our decisions,

your life is far from over.

Tonight you can find forgiveness

and peace that is only found in Jesus Christ.
