Dear Child,

Last night I saw you weeping,

wetting your pillow softly with your tears.

How I longed that you would sense My presence.

My tears were in the rain

gliding down your window glass

with loving thoughts of you.

You look so fragile, so insecure.

How I long to comfort you.

To let you know I understand.

You are so precious to Me!

Your tears are precious too, My child.

I hold them in bottles in heaven for you.

One day I will cup your face in My hands,

and tenderly wipe away your tears.

Dear child,

I thought we'd spend the day together, just you and I.

We'll walk along the shore of the lake,

and bury our feet in the warm summer sand.

Your joy fills my heart with laughter.

I'm so glad to have created you!

Close your eyes, My precious Child.

Feel the balmy breeze of the summer sun...

That's My love, caressing you.

Enclosing you softly to Me.

Your saddened smile looks sweet, so innocent

lit by the warmth of the golden sun.

You look like an angel walking beside Me.

Although your eyes mist with tears of regret.

My love for you is just the same.

Come closer to Me, precious one.

Surrender your thoughts... your heart to Me.

Nothing you can do will make Me love you more than I already do now.

I love you the same yesterday, today and forever.

don't linger any longer in your guilt.

you may not always understand

how I am working this out for your good

and ultimately for My glory.

Nothing comes into your life

that hasn't been sifted first by My loving hand.

You are forgiven, precious one.

I have forgiven you, the first time that you asked.

arms that hug, a shoulder to lean upon.

I am real, precious child,

I am seen by faith

like the glistening, fallen snow,

that isn't seen until the morning.

So is My presence, My child.

look upon the waters...

It is I, dancing in the sparkles, winking at you.

My thoughts of you are more than the sands of the sea.

My affections are always of you.

Tonight, I will caress the sky softly,

painting colors for you

with pale shades of red expressing My undying love.

I am your silent Companion,

unseen, unheard...but always near.

You are so precious to Me.

I call out to you in the distance,

wooing yourself to Me,

Like the cooing sound of a mourning dove

waiting for the return of its first love.

I tap you lightly on your shoulder

hoping to have this dance,

but sadly I see that you're already taken

by the cares that call for your attention.

But I'll wait... because I love you.

Dear Soul,

Are you overwhelmed by His love?

The Lord loves you incredibly!

Enough to suffer the agony of the cross.

He longs to have a relationship with you

and spend eternity with you in heaven.

Yet, if you do not believe in the Lord, you are going to hell.

There is no pleasant way to say it.

The Scripture says,

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."
