Dear soul,

Please forgive me for coming to you so intensely,

but the heart of the lost is still beating.

It beats with concern for your soul.

Words are inadequate to describe the reality of hell.

But hell is real!

It does exist!

Those in hell will remember all the times

God tried to warn them, but they ignored His pleas.

Now they must live with their decision,

in a place eternally seperated from Him.

Hell is the chosen home for unbelievers.

It is a place where society is at its worst.

To live among the most vile of sinners,

whose lust cannot be satisfied

whose fire cannot be quenched.

Records of the unbeliever's sin will be brought before them

at the Great White Throne Judgement,

to render various degrees of punishment

by the lives they lived upon the earth.

Then He will say to those who don't know Him,

"... Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire,

prepared for the devil and his angels..."

                ~ Matthew 25:41

They will be shut out from the presence of the Lord

into a night that has no morning.

It's a sobering thought isn't it!

Yet, many tonight will slide into hell

who have died in their sin,

having not accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior.

Some of you may have made some bad choices in life.

You may have hung out with the wrong crowd,

messed up in relationships,

or had an abortion

and had to live with the regret of your decision.

The Scripture says,

...I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

                       ~ Matthew 9:13b

Soul, that includes you and I.

Only when we realize the awfulness of our sin against God,

and feel its deep sorrow in our heart,

can we turn from the sin we once loved

and have a relationship with Him in heaven.

The moment a sinner accepts the Lord Jesus as their Savior,

God's record of their sins will be blotted out of the books.

Their name written in the book of life.

The Scripture says,

"Today is the day of salvation, harden not your hearts."

"...Whosoever calleth upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

Right now, wherever you are, you can make peace with God.

You can begin a relationship with Him

by praying a prayer such as the following:

"Oh God, I am a sinner.

I am sorry for my sins.

I want to turn from my sin.

I accept Jesus Christ as my Savior;

I confess Him as my Lord.

From now on I want to follow Him.

In Jesus' name Amen."

If you have received the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior

after reading this invitation, please let us know.

We would love to hear from you. Your first name is sufficient.

We'll leave the light on for you...

Welcome to the family of God!

We are excited about your decision to accept the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior,

and would like to encourage you to find a local church

that you could be a part of to help you grow in your new walk with Him.

Also, we encourage you to develop a personal relationship with the Lord

by reading the Scriptures and to pray to Him often.

Talk to Him as you would talk to a dearest friend.

He desires that closeness and intimacy with you!

He gathers the lambs in His arms

and carries them close to His heart..."
