We invite you to listen to the lyrics of these songs about heaven.

May they be a source strength and encouragement to you,

as you walk through the valley of grief.

No More Nights

The Light of That City

No More Nights

The timeless theme, Earth and Heaven will pass away.

It's not a dream, God will make all things new that day.

Gone is the curse from which I stumbled and fell.

Evil is banished to eternal hell.

No more night. No more pain.

No more tears. Never crying again.

And praises to the great "I Am."

We will live in the light of the risen Lamb.

See all around, now the nations bow down to sing.

The only sound is the praises to Christ, our King,

Slowly the names from the Book are read.

I know the King, there's no need to dread.

No more night. No more pain

No more tears. Never crying again.

And praises to the great "I Am."

We will live in the light of the risen Lamb.

See over there, there's a mansion, oh, that's prepared just for me.

Where I will live with my Saviour eternally...

No more night. No more pain.

No more tears. Never crying again.

And praises to the great "I Am."

We will live in the light of the risen Lamb.

All praises to the great "I Am."

We're gonna live in the light of the risen Lamb.

The Light of That City

In this house we've built of make believe

Loved ones go long before seems it's time to leave.

But we will learn how to grieve, to forgive and receive

'Til we see them there in that city.

Span of stars overhead as we walk this road.

While this darkness remains I will bear your load.

And together we will tend the seed He's sown

As we walk along the road to that City.

On that day we will sing "Holy, Holy."

On that day we'll bow down in the light.

And then we'll rise and turn our eyes

To the One who's the light, the light of that City.

Though my eyes can't see what is waiting there.

Though my mind can't conceive all that He's prepared.

There the blind will see the sun.

What was old will be young.

And the lame, they will run all over the streets of that City.

On that day we will sing "Holy, Holy."

On that day we'll bow down in the light.

And then we'll rise and turn our eyes

to the Lord Jesus Christ.

On that day we will sing, "Holy, Holy, Holy, Holy."

On that day we'll bow down in the ligh.t

And then we'll rise and turn our eyes

To the Lord, Jesus Christ.

He's the light of that City.

The Lord longs to have a relationship with you.

Yet He will not enforce His love upon anyone

who will not receive Him as their Savior.

The Scripture says,

"For the wages of sin is death;

but the gift of God is eternal life

through Jesus Christ our Lord."

~ Romans 6:23

Only when we realize the awfulness of our sin against God,

and feel its deep sorrow in our hearts

can we turn from the sin we once loved,

and have a relationship with Him in heaven.

"For God so loved the world,

that He gave His only begotten Son,

that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish,

but have everlasting life.

For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world,

but that the world through Him might be saved."

              ~ John 3:16-17

Right now, wherever you are,  you can make peace with God.

You can begin a relationship with Him

by praying a prayer such as the following:

"O God, I am a sinner.

I am sorry for my sins.

Please forgive me.

I want to turn from my sin.

I receive Jesus Christ as my Savior;

I confess Him as my Lord.

From now on I want to follow Him.

In Jesus' name, Amen.

If you have received the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior

after reading this invitation, please let us know.

We would love to hear from you. Your first name is sufficient.
